RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL EVENT:
CATEGORY: Individual event (FIDE rated event), open to FIDE rated players below 1600 rating or unrated player.
All moves must be recorded. FIDE rules and regulations shall apply. Results will be sent for FIDE rating calculations.
TIE-BREAKS: Direct Encounter, Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz, Sonneborn-Berger
